Day One
Airport Arrival / Local Sightseeing
Meet our representative at Srinagar Airport. He will assist you and transfer you to the Houseboat / Hotel for check in. After refresh, proceed to Local Sightseeing. Visit Mughal Gardens, Visit Shankaracharya Temple (built on the top of the mountain overlooking Dal Lake) then visit to Pari Mahal (Palace of Fairies) Cheshma Shahi (Mughal Spring), Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visit Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jehangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa).
In the evening enjoy Shikara Ride on world famous Dal Lake in which you will cover, Floating Gardens, Vegetable Gardens, Golden Lake, Inner markets like Mena Bazar, and Canals etc. Also enjoy the scenic view of Zabarwan Mountains. Dinner and overnight stay in Houseboat.
Day Two
Srinagar – Gulmarg
After and early breakfast, proceed towards Gulmarg, the skiers paradise. Check in the hotel and after refreshments go for the local sightseeing of Gulmarg, take the cable car ride(Gondola) to Khilanmarg peak or Apharwatt snow point 4390 m above sea level as well as enjoy adventures like snow biking, snow scooter, sledging subjected to availability of snow in the grounds (Not included in the package) and overnight stay at same hotel in Gulmarg
Day Four
Sonmarg-Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed for Sonmarg local sightseeing, the name Sonmarg is derived from two Kashmiri words “Son” & “Marg” which mean “Gold” & “Meadow”, when put together it means “Meadow of Gold”.
The drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg is very beautiful as you will pass through some towns and villages. At many places, you can enjoy the view of paddy fields with rivers flowing on one side. In Sonamarg, you can visit Thajwas Glacier, which is around 4Kms from Sonamarg, a Local Taxi Or Pony Ride has to be hired (on your own Expenses). Return back to Srinagar in the evening after enjoying your day, overnight stay in the Hotel at Srinagar.
Day Five
Srinager- Pahalgam
In the morning after an early breakfast, proceed towards Pahalgam “Valley of Shepherds” The anglers paradise. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. In Pahalgam, enjoy the nature and admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings. Evening free for leisure, overnight stay in Hotel at Pahalgam.
Day Six
Pahalgam -Srinagar
Full day at Pahalgam. In Pahalgam, you can visit Betaab valley (Situated at a distance of 15 kilometers from Pahalgam), the valley got its name from Sunny Deol-Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab. The valley is surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and covered with dense vegetation) and Aru Valley. Aru Valley is a small, yet self-sufficient scenic village located 12 km from Pahalgam or you can visit Chandanwari situated at a distance of 16 km from Pahalgam, starting point of the yatra that takes place every year in the month of (July to August). A local Taxi has to be hired for these beautiful places (own your own expenses).
In the evening, proceed to Srinagar and on the way visit Awantipura Ruins, Saffron Fields and Cricket Bat Factories. Upon arrival at Srinagar check in, rest of the day free, dinner and overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.
Day Seven
Departure
After breakfast checkout from the Hotel and drive to local sightseeing if there is leisure time & as early as possible move towards the Airport to catch the flights for your onward destinations (hope your punctual arrival at Domestic Airport).
